We had a fabulous day on Wednesday 16th September when author, Meg Harper, visited Years 3, 4 and 5. The extracts she read were inspirational.
Year 5’s workshop focused on developing ‘cool characters’, Year 4 worked on how to plan a story and Year 3 had fun planning a story about their perfect pet.
The children are now taking their ideas away and entering our competition to create a short story using the methods they have learned from Meg.
