All parents, guardians and staff are automatically members of SHSPA and are very welcome to play a part, whether that would be as a supporter, a volunteer or a Committee Member. The Committee meet once or twice a term and the AGM takes place in September, which all members can attend.

Class Representatives
In Pre-Prep there is a voluntary parent representative (rep) for each class while in the Prep school there is a boys’ rep and a girls’ rep for each year group instead.
The reps generally help informally welcome new parents and pupils into the year group, set up communication groups and organise teacher gifts and social events.
