Completing this form will secure a place for your child subject to an assessment day for those starting in Year 1 and above. There is a £90 per family registration fee, but please could you complete a form for each child if you are registering more than one.

    In order to ensure your application is processed, please pay the £90 family registration fee by bank transfer, within two weeks of registering, to the Spratton Hall School Trust Ltd account sort code 30-96-09 account number 0254‍8258.
